> Modaal is a subscription product. Your plan is tied to your account and applies across all your projects.

## Introduction

Modaal offers flexible plans designed for builders at different stages — from exploring your first idea to shipping a production iOS product with expert support.

All new users start with a **14-day free trial** to explore the platform before committing to a plan. No credit card required.

## 💫 Add-ons

Add-ons are purchased on top of an active Pro plan. Each add-on is valid for one calendar month from the date of purchase and **cannot be cancelled once bought**. They do not renew automatically — you purchase them when you need them.

### How support works

Sessions are a mix of guidance and hands-on help. If you hit a bug, we look at it with you and help you fix it.

  Unused session credits do not roll over. Sessions not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are counted as used.

### How to book

After purchasing the add-on you will receive a \*\* booking link\*\* from the Modaal team — shared via email or your onboarding message.

### How hours work

Hours are tracked — you always know exactly how they were spent.

Additional hours beyond the 8-hour monthly allocation can be purchased on request.

### How the engagement works

    We scope your product, agree on the architecture approach, and set the goals. This call is 60-90 minutes and does not count against your monthly hours.

    We work in weekly cycles. You provide your product direction; we provide technical help you need during your work in Modaal within the agreed hours.

    We review what was built, discuss what's next, and surface any decisions that need our input and help.

## Important: Add-on Purchase Terms

  Add-ons are **non-refundable and non-cancellable** once purchased. Each add-on is active for one calendar month from the date of purchase and does not renew automatically. A valid Pro subscription is required — if your Pro plan lapses, the add-on is paused until Pro is reinstated.
